Morgan Direct Inc. is a small company, just like the majority of the clients we serve. Most of the time we have fewer than 10 people in the ranks managing projects, doing the design and programming and interacting with customers. Because we're small we get to know our customers, and they get to know us...rather than an automated phone menu or "Bob" in India.
